SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Home Delivery- we are trying to give our customer free home delivery but additional charges will be applicable under following circumstances:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders below INR 499/- : Charges Rs.99(50 shipping and INR 49/- COD) shall be applicable.

Orders above INR 499/- : COD charges of INR 49/- shall be applicable .

Prepaid

Orders below INR 499/- : Shipping Charges INR 50/- shall be applicable.

Orders above INR 499/- : Free Shipping.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

To all our customer's inner soul's delight, we offer a 7-day shipping guarantee! Disclaimer: 7 days exclude special days (National Holidays, Natural Calamities and other emergency situations); Shipping guarantee means 1st attempt of delivery will be made within 7days; Delivery timeframe may vary during promotional campaigns, for which Guest Relations will always keep you proactively informed.

Wherever you live in India, FASHOS has a variety of logistics partner across the states for shipping the products to your doorstep. We take ultimate responsibility of your shipment. Never letting our loyal customers down, we always encourage them to follow up directly with us for any delivery related queries.

RETURNS POLICY

At TOIZ, our team has become best friends with all the leading delivery partners across the country. After all, they ensure the safety of our products reaching you. In case any of our products is unable to meet your expectations we consider this as a regretful event, though we also offer you a '30 days return policy' from the date of invoice. You can contact our Guest Relations helpdesk at 011-42333838 within service hours or email us at customerrelationship@toiz.ml .We will be glad to help you with the Return claim process. We give you a variety of options to choose from- get another product, get your product replaced (this time with some style tips too, only for you) or a different product exchanged or a complete return of money in case of order cancellations.

PLACING RETURNS REQUEST THROUGH USER ACCOUNT:

It’s fairly simple. Just follow these steps:

Login to your Account

Go to customer service

Click on fill the imformation and note with product id

Select the Order you want to Return

Just Submit the request and you are DONE!

Your ‘Return’ will be processed post toiz.in approval. You will receive a confirmation email for the same

RETURN PICKUP:

We do NOT provide return pick-up services due to various locations not covered by almost all major logistics service providers. However, in case of incorrect product delivery or any defect in the product, we do compensate for the return shipment charges by issuing a Gift Voucher worth Rs.150/- applicable on the entire FASHOS catalog and can be used as a payment option at the time of checkout (Voucher Validity: 30 days from the date of issue)

Note: Gift Voucher will NOT be issued for items purchased under any offer, promotion and clearance sale.

REFUND MODE:

If you have chosen the first option, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the product at our warehouse. Not making you wait for long, we will take only 7 to 10 working days to refund the amount

If you have bought the product on its MRP, 100 % of the refund will be processed in the same payment mode except for the Cash on Delivery mode

If you have paid us through your credit card, we will make sure you get the refund amount within 7 days of the product QC clearance at our warehouse

If you purchased using COD, 100% of the refund will be in form of a Full Value Gift Voucher within 7 days (Voucher Validity: 30 days from the date of issue)

RETURNS / EXCHANGE PROCESS:

As soon we receive the return package at our warehouse and quality check is completed, we begin the process of wrapping brand new shoes to reach your door.

REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE / REFUND VALIDITY:

In order to receive a new pair of the shoes, we request you not to expose it to your feet and go around hurling it if you come across a politician. Restore tags attached and the original packing.

As soon we receive the product back at our warehouse, our team puts a magnifying glass to use on the shoes and declares whether it is suitable for refund. In case of any rejected refund claims, we ship the product back to you.

Note:

In case you are sending the shoe back to us (though we hope in the right spirit), we suggest you to use a reliable service that offers complete shipment tracking

For items that you bought on discount or from the sale, the refund will be in form of a Full Value Gift Voucher. The only charges that will not be refunded are the COD charges. There will be no returns or exchanges applicable on any promotional or discounted items.

We request you not to return shoes with your visible foot impressions on them. Keep them away from any damage and dust. We will be unable to process your refund or exchange of money if the shoes returned are found to have a grass root stuck on to it
